Logistics and Industrial: Low-impact industry.

Institutional: Government/municipal offices, local administration offices, police stations, fire stations, and other facilities, penitentiary centers, and other high-impact facilities.

Educational: Daycare, primary education, secondary education, and higher education.

Assistance: Hospitals, health centers, and social assistance units (nursing homes, orphanages, etc.).

Cultural: Libraries, community centers, civic centers, museums, and religious institutions.
